POLICIES

TERMS:

• 50% deposit required within two weeks after booking the reservation.  Balance and Security Deposit are due two weeks prior to arrival.
• Holiday Balance and Security Deposit are due three weeks prior to arrival.
• Long Term Rental Balance and Security Deposit are due one month prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:

Short Term Rentals (2-30 nights)

Notification 21 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less $40.00 handling fee. Notification 20 days or less prior to arrival - no refunds - unless we can replace with reservations of equal length.

Holiday Rentals

Notification 31 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less $50.00 handling fee.  Notification 30 days or less prior to arrival - no refunds for Holiday Rentals.

We apologize but we do not permit rental guests to bring their pets.
