POLICIES

TERMS:

• 50% deposit required within two weeks after booking the reservation.  Balance and Security Deposit are due 21 days prior to arrival.

• Holiday Balance and Security Deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Long Term Rental Balance and Security Deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Short Term Rentals

Notification received 21 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less 5% handling fee. Notification 20 days or less prior to arrival - no refunds - unless we can replace with reservations of equal length.

Holiday Rentals

Notification received 31 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less 5% handling fee. Notification 30 days or less prior to arrival - no refunds for Holiday Rentals.

We apologize but we do not permit rental guests to bring their pets.
